I want to do some flying in the Dominican Republic, but when I come up out of Santo Domingo, I get the "Crazy Tiles" effect--tiles switching in and out of strange content. My Central seems set permanently on LC, so when I tried to switch it to the North America setting where the islands are located, no go. Obviously, I am doing something wrong. Any help? Thanks!
