Aussieflyer38
Hi Guys, can somebody help me with this please. I had to reinstall FSX, went to add the HIMEM FIX = 1 but I cant find the graphics file to add it to. I thought it must have been a bad install and the File didn't download, but today I downloaded FSX again onto another HD checked the config file thinking I would just copy it and paste it, but there is no graphics folder in that config file either. I've run out of idea's, can somebody help me please - thanks. Don
Nick Cooper
Hello Don, the correct entry is into your fsx.cfg file which you will find at C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX. You should open it with Notepad and look for the graphics section. The correct entry and spelling is [GRAPHICS]HIGHMEMFIX=
Almedin
I always had a screen flickering with HIGHMEMFIX=1especially with trees and ground i tested several times and I found the HIGHMEMFIX is a problem so I deleted from fsx.cfg and everything works fine. Just to share my experience about HGIHMEMFIX=1. Cheers Almedin

Almedin
I mean my problem was the trees stretch into the sky all the time when I move the camera left and right. Regrads, Almedin
