Error with Libraries, serious failure

Hello, first of all I want to give you fecices parties and I hope you have a new year splendid. I hope you spend a very good night.

I have this fault:
Intalo FSX, perfect, I install FSX Acceleration, perfect. I install Orbx Central 3, all good.
When in Orbx Central the box to install the new libraries appears, I do it.
And when I turn on the FSX, I go to the airport by default of my city (LEXJ) Santander, Spain, the airport appears flooded, the sea has entered like a tsunami, as you can see in these photos.
Does anyone know what that should be like to solve it?
Pus I have already reinstalled FSX and acceleration several times, thinking it is some installation error, but there is no way to fix it. Any ideas?
I have to say, apart from the FSX and Acceleration, I have not installed anything else, so far, only the libraries of Orbx Central 3

Hello,

Perhaps your scenery library is no longer in order.

Please visit the FTX Central settings page and set it like this:

Don't forget to click on Save.

If it is correct would you attach your scenery.cfg to your next post please.

Hello,

you should attach your scenery.cfg file please, not the fsx.cfg file.

You will find the scenery.cfg file in C:\programdata\Microsoft\FSX

The yellow writing is instructions written onto the image by me.

You will not see them on the FTX Central settings page.

They are in yellow to indicate this.

Hello, sorry for taking so long, with these parties my mind is gone.
I have had problems and uninstalled everything. Now I have done a clean installation, I have installed FSX, FSX Acceleration, FS Global Europe. And up there all perfect. The next thing I've done has been to install the Orbx libraries, and as an osbium, the airport and the surrounding areas are flooded.
Here I send you the CFG
