I write the photo editor periodically suggesting AW&ST allow flight sim screenshots but so far they haven't been willing to create a new category. Adam Banks Posted December 8, 2017 Share Posted December 8, 2017 I think maybe because people outside the simming world simply won't understand what they're looking at: that the images are totally artificial and served up in real time on a PC (with all the associated limitations) <??>. Everyone here will know what's involved. I'd say it's a lot harder than photography in Real Life - as you need both a photographer's "eye" *and* a brain the size of a planet to persuade your PC (and software) to produce something better than pixellated lego-land CAD/CAM images.
