Aviara1985
Hi there, So some time ago I bought FSGlobal 2018 (the FTX compatible version) as it is recommended to be used with Global and Vector. But I am getting perfect slops around airports, which can be quite irritating. There are several airports like your Orbx ESSA (screenshot) or Taxi2Gate LFPG. Deactivating FSGlobal 2010 /fixes removes the those slopes. But deactivating FSGlobal causes some other unwanted side effects I discovered. Any ideas?? rockliffe
Have you tried running airport elevation correction in Vector?

Smudger
If you have registered your FSGlobal 2018 with Pilots, you will be able to download AFM2 RC2, an airport elevation corrector for their software.
Aviara1985
hmmm.... I will try that, but IIRC that elevation correction from Pilots is obsolete, because of the Vector AEC. So I take it that others don't have this issue and/or that it's fixable?! UPDATE: AFM2 RC2 actually did the trick. Always thought that Vector AEC did the same thing... Thanks for the help :-). But I am afraid in the case of e.g. LFPG it's just a shift of slops further away from the airport, which makes them look worse than before (harsh 90° cliffs).
