resolved ORBX VECTOR stutters in EGSQ

Hello,

it looks like it is not.

The problem is too much surf concentrated in the same place and it can be mitigatedby removing the surf.

The can only be done globally but as it doesn't look particlarly good in any case, there is little to be lost.

I believe that Holger's fix would not work in P3D v5, either with or without Orbx Vector.
