vonmar
I have ORBX KSAN now. I tested in FSX. The FSX map view shows ILS 09 CRS as 093 degrees. But the FAA plate shows 095 degrees?
gregmorin
The nav data in FSX is old. Your magnetic declination changes very slightly every year. The FAA data is probably newer and more representative of the actual course. However, you should use whatever is installed in the sim. I update the mag variation about once a year in the sim. http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids.html When you are shooting the ILS, you will be fine as long as you follow your CDI. The ILS is not dependent upon the actual course set in the OBS like a VOR approach. Greg
