ampharoah
Hello, Please can anyone advise. I have recently uninstalled P3Dv3 having moved to v4. I am now downloading the P3Dv4 compatible versions of all my Orbx airports. I believe that all my previously downloaded Orbx airports for P3Dv3 are still taking up much needed disk space on my system and if so, how do I properly remove them please? Is it ok to simply delete the (250GB) Orbx folder that still resides within my old P3Dv3 folder ? Thanks in anticipation. Andrew

BrianU
Leave the P3Dv3 Orbx folder in place as the P3Dv4 installations will use many of the files and then add some saving you a lot of time downloading. You are using FTX Central 3 to download, hopefully when you start FTX Central you get a choice of simulators still. If you do, just select v3 and uninstall from there. Since you say you uninstalled P3Dv3 you might not get a choice anymore.
marky123
It no longer give you the choice. They must have just changed it!! Crap!!
Nick Cooper
Unless the existing simulator remains installed, FTX Central will not see it and can therefore not use its FTX installation to copy the files.
marky123
It does remain . .
Nick Cooper
If you have uninstalled the simulator, as I think you have told us that you have, FTX Central can no longer see the ORBX files and you may as well delete them.
