active Text files from Global Base & openLC EU P3Dv4 updates post unavailable

Of four update releases for the "Global" range today, three are specifically for P3D. The announcement in "Global Base & openLC EU P3Dv4 updates" (http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/139493-global-base-openlc-eu-p3dv4-updates/) tells us FSX users that we can "over-ride the update notification by copying the attached version text files to the ORBX\User Documents\Versions folder."
However, the hypertext links to the two text docs both produce "page does not exist".

A small thing, but I'd like to remove the notifications.
