orannje Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Hey there! I'm new to the whole simming experience and I'm trying to set up my orbx with FSX-SE. I've utilized FTX Central to install all the packs, but I can't confirm if FTX Global Base has been installed or not, since I'm not seeing it in the ORBX folder in my FSX root folder, and I don't see it in the scenery library, unless I'm missing something. Could someone please assist? Here's a screengrab of my scenery library. I know about the issues with FTX and FSX-SE, and I've corrected the regedit stuff with the tweak file that I found in another thread. Scott Harmes Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Hi, I don't think Global base would be present in the scenery library as it deals with textures. You should able to tell by what FTX Central V3 tells you, and by testing a few areas in the sim. Global textures are a fair bit different to default FSX textures.
