active Reinstalls via Central 3 Do they include the updates & Hotfixes

Using my backup method of currently deleting and utilising the Download/Install Make backup copy in Central 3 I want to know if the downloaded file wil now contain all the updates and any hotfixes that were existing before.

I just reinstalled LDDU and had previously had v100, v110 and an APX Fix zip. Today's download has no update flag nor do I know if the APX Fix was included.

I think a whole bunch of tools (that were in FTXC2) have yet to make in to v3. I think Ben says he's beavering away at them. One of them was the ability to view/list all product *versions*. At the moment, I can't see a way of getting this info <?>.

Wouldn't C3 say it if an upgrade was needed after the sync with a red label ? That maybe not the case for a hot fix though.
