DesertPilot
I have used the Mariposa-Yosemite Airport (KMPI, for GA aircraft only) as my starting point to explore Yosemite Valley. For larger, commercial aircraft, check out the following links. I believe the Merced Regional Airport (KMCE) is the nearest airport with commercial service. https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/airports.htm http://www.yosemite.com/getting-here/airports/

Rexbo47
Alternately, you can fly West out of Lee Vining (O24) and follow the road over 10,000 ft Tioga Pass.
