noted Vector Configurator Issue FSX:SE Attempt #2

I originally posted this issue back in December with no response because I didn't have my order number posted.  After I posted my order number and after bumping the topic, I still had no response.  So I'm trying this again...

I just installed Vector (and updated to 1.35) and it works great in the sim, but there are some airports which I want to turn off AEC.  I went to the configuration tool to fix that, but whenever I try starting it I get an error saying "No installed simulator was found on your system! Would this be a registry error?  I already went through all of that before to get other addons to work with Steam, and since then I've had no issues.

Hello,

Noted, hopefully this time you will have an answer from the Vector team.

However, I am slightly confused as to why using the Vector Control panel

would generate an error message for the FTX Lights control panel.

 

The Vector control panel is to be found in the ORBX folder of your simulator

at ORBX\FTX_VECTOR\FTX GLOBAL VECTOR Configuration Tool.exe.

Or you can access it via FTX Central.

Yeah I still get the same error when I go about the way that Mr. Cooper illustrated above.  And I thought it was weird too that the error was for the light configurator, I'm just telling you all that I know haha.
