Jon Clarke
I have NightEnvironment lighting for California and have unticked vector lights and not used the Lights configurator, but having disabled my NE California lights I still see lighting appear at dusk/night. What lighting is this and how could I disable it if i wanted to? I have looked in the files for NCA & SCA but I cannot locate a file related to lighting. Any help appreciated. Holger Sandmann
Hi there, see http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/104241-3d-lighting/?p=940934 I'm not exactly sure what you're asking though since NE provides its own 3D lighting (while excluding all of the Orbx lighting, as far as I know). In other words you are supposed to be seeing 3D lights with NE active. Cheers, Holger
Jon Clarke
Thanks Holger, your answer was in the link you gave. Just to clarify, I had mentioned that with Vector lighting switched OFF and NE lights switched OFF I was still seeing some lights and queriying what those lights were. The answer according to the link is they are Global Base, OLC and Region lights set by my autogen levels.
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, sorry, I overlooked the "disabled" in front of the "my NE California lights". Indeed, if the photoreal overlay of NE is deactivated then the FTX 3D lights associated with the landclass autogen tiles will display.
