I wondered if that was the reason John. It's odd that the airport had the TE but just north and beyond is clearly the P3D scenery. I did not see how far it goes west before the TE scenery is seen again, but it goes a little way west into California. I have another photo image scenery I use to use, and it did not cover the area at the southern border, but TE does. So, it must be the supplier as you said

I got this scenery when it first came out and I just discovered this. So if there is ever an update be nice to include this small area. The airport to take off from is KEED on RWY 20. It won't take long to see that the area just north is the default P3D (I have version 5.3 HF2) The missing area goes along the California Nevada Border and west of it. I know it is in place closer to the border near Las Vegas, so it is a small area. I discovered it flying along the Colorado River South from Las Vegas. It would be nice to see it there since it is along the river. I did do a verify files in case something was missing but no changes

I am hoping to see those for P3D as well. I have them all.

I have seen that error need to verify the files and I have tons of disk apace. I just click verify and everything works ok. As for saving the Orbx downloaded files, if P3D I copy the entire Orbx folder to a backup. Then if I ever need to reinstall, I just copy them back where Orbx will install them, and only the files that need to be updated are downloaded. Works very well. I do the same thing when using libraries.

That is a great addon, it really brought Florida alive. I was hoping someday to see more TE states, but I am not counting on it anymore. I have the 3 western states as well

Thanks Nick does that include the P3D 5 Open LC for Europe as well. One reason I am asking is that I was interested in purchasing the one airport in Iceland

I got this for P3D 5.3 HF1 and it is awesome. I am so happy to see new scenery coming for P3D 5. I am still hoping to see new True Earth for the States. The western states are amazing in version 5.3

I was wondering if there is a conflict or advantage of installing these even though I have True Earth. I have the disk space or that is not a issue

Most things in P3D 4.5 should work on in P3D 5.2 but there will be a few upgrades like FSUIPC that are not free. Most airports from FSDreams, Orbx, and LVRF are free to update. Most hardware like Saitek and other stuff works find for me. I just updated MSFS with sim update 5 and there are still issues when it comes to flying a plane. I use that sim just for simple VFR flying with no flight plan because MS did a nice job the scenery. Once you are like 8000 feet it does not matter anymore. I have EA on in P3d 5.2 and the scenery in P3D 5.2 HF1 looks better than when it is off. The TE that Orbx has looks great with EA on in P3D 5. So I have 2 sims, P3D for real flying and MSFS 2020 for low altitude 3000 feet. I just purchase Australia V2 frpm Orbx and it is just amazing Hope that helps

I agree, P3d 5.2 HF 1 was a surprise for sure. TE southern Calif runs very smooth, I still have the road traffic set to 0 because there are so many freeways it can slow things down with the moving cars. I also have the Autogen for the trees set to sparse and that leaves enough trees. The Lastest Beta with Active Sky ASP3D works very well with EA turned on and the Cloud Art (latest beta) brought that back to life. Like some of you I do not have any Orbx installed expect TE and airports. I use Mega Scenery for the rest of the USA. I do have Land classes for like Europe and S America. Don't have Africa not sure how good that one is. Not sure if it will happen but I will purchase any more future TE states from Orbx. Utah and Colorado would be great. Just saying

The way I understand it is the add-ons.cfg in the roaming folder under P3d loads first, then the one in the Programdata under p3d. lastly the scenery.cfg. I always have a problem with KLAS from Fly Tampa of FS dreams. Vertical walls for example. Orbx addon are in the file under the program data area. FS dreams has their stuff as well as fly tampa in the addons under Roaming. The only way I can have the KLAS scenery look correct is put it number 1 in the Scenery.cfg file. So I am thinking if I want anything to be a higher priority over the rest needs to be on top of the Scenery.cfg. In my case I removed the Fly TAMPA Libraries and KLAS from the addons.cfg under the appdata/roaming/p3d folder (you can set active to false too if you want to leave it there, same thing) Then added the Libraries #1 and KLAS #2 in the scenery.cfg. Hope this helps. back up any file you change as anyone should do

P3D 5.2 working very well and I have the al True Earth. One fix in 5.2 with EA off the mountains from John Wayne look normal, not a while cast. EA on is much better and the scenery on the ground looks better with it on. I sent LM a suggestion to adjust the haze in the new Live Options in P3D 5.2, maybe they will do that. ASP3D beta is working pretty well, some flashing issues I have reported. I fly the Milviz King Air 350 and performance better in 5.2, I have 3 monitors one being 4K. Not sure if 5.2 fixed it so I have not looked before but airports that were not working in version 5 are such as KRRD. I agree with one comment, be nice to see Orbx upgrade Landscapes and maybe even add more. I do use MSFS 2020 but only VFR low flying and other than some of Orbx airports in the USA, that is as far as I will go with it. P3D is solid.

I actually have the same problem with Orbx Central but only once in a while. If this is in the registry maybe Windows Update moves it around to a new location. Never know with MS. I have a feeling this may be it. I am on W10 latest build Just a suggestion, Try running Central as admin and see if it login issue goes away. I always do that when a new version pops in On a side note, the latest update can lose window position if using more than one display. In the task bar tools, one can right click and reset window position, not sure if that is new, but I needed to do that
