Problem installing FTX na blue USA/Canada Pacific

Hi there,

that kind of error message indicates a file/folder access permission issue. Try running the PNW installer .exe as administrator: right-click > run as admin. Also, make sure that the folder path listed by the PNW installer window matches the actual folder path to your FSX installation.

Last but not least don't forget to also install the current Orbx Libraries from our support page once the PNW installation has completed.

Cheers, Holger

hello

I still can not install "na blue USA / Canada Pacific".
after several unsuccessful attempts, I realized that the installation, key application tables do not appear; the software installs directly and he will stop before the end.
y there a file in Fsx to delete it installs as a first time?

cordially

The installer works to start the process and then I get an error .

If I retry, it does the same thing.

This may not be correct, the fsx.exe file was not found there !"

It looks as if you have found your problem.

The next step is to use the "Set Path" tab.

You will see the folder icon at the right hand edge of

the "Select FSX Root folder" section.

Use this to navigate to the FSX root folder, click OK

and the path will be displayed in the window.

Tick the "Add to current user key" box and then the

"Set FSX Path" icon.

Once you have done that, return to the "Get Path" tab

and you will see that both entries are the same and

correct.

The installer will then put the files where they should be.
