I downloaded the Devil's Tower freeware and everything came through great except for one detail--the Tower itself is missing! I have the visitor's Center, surrounding area, even the Tower base hill, but no Tower. The base hill is complete; there is no digital mess at the top, just a regular hill top. Is the actual Tower somewhere distant from the tourist center, or has the devil, sneaky bugger that he is, stolen the tower from my program? I have: FSX steam edition Installed Orbx Products GLOBAL USDT Devils Tower FTX US DEVILS TOWER VERSION 1.00 - April 2015 REGION Northern Rockies FTX NA NRM Northern Rocky Mountains V1.00 PATCH 004 April 2014 Pacific Northwest FTX NA PNW PACIFIC NORTHWEST V1.0 PATCH 008 February 2014 AIRPORT KSFF FTX US KSFF Felts Field Spokane 1.00 - 27th November 2012 OTHER Orbx Libraries FTX AA ORBX LIBRARIES VER 150331 31st MARCH 2015 UNKNOWN BOB First Person Mode ORBX FTX BOB FIRST PERSON MODE VERSION 1.1 JULY 2010 I see no tower it is like the Model mesh is missing. The ground is properly textured. To troubleshoot I switched from North America mode to Default saw the default Microsoft stuff. Then Rebooted the program with it set to North America and saw that it was loading the Orbx HighRes ground textures but not the model. I even found the trailer park and models for it at 44°35'28.49N 104°41'57.87W so I know it is working sort of. Could it be a FSX Steam edition thing?
