Otherwise, take a look in the following folder: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework If you have a 3.0 folder in there you're set. If not, go get this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=10CC340B-F857-4A14-83F5-25634C3BF043&displaylang=en In any case, if it's missing the wrapper should tell you.
