WillF2580
When I attempt to install FTX AUS on my PC after unwrapping I select the FSX option as the type I want to install. I then receive this error: "Radio buttons > On next, line 10: Argument 2 must be of type string. Stack traceback: 1: [radio buttons > on next] line: 10 in main chunk" I had boxed edition installed at the time, I have uninstalled the boxed edition, this is when the problem started when I tried to install FTX AUS on the FSX SE. Also, on the registry I cannot proceed past the Microsoft games section (there is no drop down menu).
Ed Correia
Hi there, these messages indicate the lack of a valid registry entry for the sim. There are a few tools out there that repair FSX registry entries - one is at the bottom of our Freeware page, Flight1 has one as well as TweakFS. I'd suggest using one of those tools to repair the entry.
WillF2580
Hi, Thanks for your reply, I have tried both of these registry fixers and still receive the same error?
Nick Cooper
If you wish, you can try the manual check and if necessary change to be found in this guide. http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/83440-how-to-move-fsx-from-one-drive-to-another/
