Yosemite work without NC ?

Oops, I read Monument valley where the OP wrote Yosemite ! A senior moment :) . It is of course within NCA and adapted to its mesh I suspect.

BTW Stewart, there is indeed a FSX default mesh, if not the default sim would be entirely flat. For the US, this mesh is even better than theone in FS9 (38m sampling)

I stand corrected!  I read "FSX mesh" and thought "FTX mesh".  Senior moment...

Yosemite is an addon designed for FTX NCA, so yes you will need it.

Ahh. That explains why nothing looks to have changed after installation. I too have misunderstood the freeware section, I though all the d/ls were standalone.  Some, like CEJ4 show up with lot's of interest around the airstrip, but I guess the others with landclass etc., don't work.

 

Wish I'd come here first, would have saved a morning of tinkering :)
