From March 5th the Live Help on the homepage will be manned as much as we can so that you can talk to an operator IF you have any dramas with FTX ( VERY unlikely ) ... LIVE! It looks like this at the moment http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1204354214.bmp but when we go live it will change into a green logo which blinks to indicate that we are LIVE! Support and service is very important these days, another way to rank a company or product (just look at the pastings the likes of Dell Computers etc get sometimes!)-great to hear you're on top of it and backing an already top looking product..
