sightseer Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 I am really enjoying P3d2.4 lately. the latest NVidia driver - the 344.48 with DSR - it really works well. The first is a pic near Hot Springs KHOT. The rest are from a trip that started at KMTN and went south to that airport that is the default location in P3d and then I mistakenly landed at what I thought was KEWN and the last airport in the set is actually KEWN. I love it when the sim fools me. I was flying so low that my VOR cut out and saw an airport that appeared to be the source of my ILS and so I landed. but it wasn't the right airport!!! ever done that ?? just call me WrongWay. Im a big fan of just flying 'that way'(direction) - I don't even know where Im going until I get there. I was once quite intent on following ATC and contacting ground and tower and departure and center etc etc but nowadays its just 'head south' or 'fly the runway heading for an hour'.
