Mbaclawski
Hi All, here are a few more issues I have found while flying around Utah.
Holger Sandmann
Hi Marty, the green area with the straight edges looks like one of the default and/or vector "park" polygons; see http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/62886-forest-in-phoenix-az-area/?p=574464 and http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/79417-landclass-anomaly-north-of-kyum/ The questionable placement of the center-pivot irrigation textures is a function of the landclass you're using, default or add-on. Mbaclawski
Hi Holger, Interesting info about the Park Poly's, not sure why they would have put them out in the middle of nowhere. is there a fix for this I just started running into these after i upgraded to the newest FTX global update. I will be getting Open LC as soon as it comes out so i Hope that will Sort it out. Thank you. Marty
Holger Sandmann
Hi Marty, typically those square-edged polys are protected areas that are included in the US source data as "park" and thus misinterpreted as green urban parks; they should be removed altogether. If you're using Vector you can deactivate the "Parks" option in the config program and you also may want to make a post in the Vector subforum referencing this thread so that the Vector coders can find and remove the incorrect polys. Mbaclawski
Now it makes Sense Holger thank you for clearing this up , I will disable parks in Vector to see if it works and send it over to the Vector Folks. All the Best Marty
