I just emailed support about regarding my order, but it would have been cool to see Live Chat in action. It was around 10am Austrlian Time, and the Chat did open up but no one came. Answering the phone has been affected also. I'm hoping to be on the chat more regularly in the coming weeks and I apologize for any inconvenience.
