As it turns out the site you directed me too says the following: “QANTAS A330 BOUND FOR INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW Aviation enthusiasts will have the chance to travel to the biennial Australian International Airshow aboard the newest aircraft in the Qantas fleet the Airbus A330 on Sunday 16 February. !!!!? Seats for the special Airshow flight are on sale and interest in the flight from aviation lovers is expected to be strong. The special flight Qantas Flight 1351 will travel from Sydney and fly direct to the Airshow at Avalon, where it will remain on show all day for other aircraft enthusiasts before returning to Sydney. The Qantas A330-200 will depart Qantas Sydney Terminal at 0700, returning on the same day at 1700.†Great, thanks for that. That’s why we have a friendly forum to ask these sort of questions. As it turns out even Qantas staff were uncertain about it but it transpires that there is a flight during the show but only for Qantas staff.
