Guest Private-Cowboy
I've to ask something. I haven't lived in the time of the Jug nor have I seen one in action on various airshow occasions. On those screenshots I wonder why the canopy is closed after takeoff not before. Was that handled that way in reality too? I could imagine that for taxiing you'd leave the canopy open to get a better view cause the engine's blocking the forward view. But when you taking off? It's just a question out of interest. Would be great if someone could enlighten me on if and why that was done this way.
Iain Emms
Thanks guys, The canopy is open in my shots just because i wanted it to be open so you could get a view of the pilot. And dont forget the shots are not real. cheers Iain.
