andiflyit Posted March 14, 2014 Share Posted March 14, 2014 Hello all, with absolutely the same setup I have avarage 25 fps over PNW/Vancouver + downtown, so this is flyable, and only 12-15 fps over Sacramento. There is more scenery stuff active at Vancouver, so I don't understand this. Same at San Francisco. Does somebody else experience a similar performance? Cal Posted March 14, 2014 Share Posted March 14, 2014 I also saw a big frame rate hit at California airports and was getting 15-17 fps. I'm seeing quite a bit of detail in my AI aircraft which may affect the fps. I started moving sliders but only gained 2-5 fps. I had checked the " display aircraft shadow on ground " and decided to un-check it and I picked up another 4-6 fps. I'm up to 27 fps and stable.
