cassis87
Hello, Despite all other ORBX add-ons I own, I find VECTOR having a very negative impact on fps.... unfortunately, and again I would say, you guys did not include an uninstaller with the program... Can you therefore advise what is the uninstall procedure ? thank you Greg
Guest
Nothing from my side over Nice or Paris. Maybe there is something to investigate from your hardware or sim config. Before uninstall, you can uncheck the scenery into rhe library. It's located in the middle bottom just after default local sceneries. This only my point of view of course
cassis87
But I noticed there is 2 entries in the library and the second one cannot be removed...
Mikelab6
Hi Greg, Could you please post your PC spec (CPU, VideoCard etc..) ? Perhaps it will be useful for otherS.. Also, perhaps your traffic sliders are a bit too high !! Thanks !
300leex
I experienced the same performance drop after Vector installed, however consider the additional load I've lower my autogen density and it seems work ok to me.
jpreou
My laptop is no speed demon, but the 3fps I just got over Osaka, Japan was a little frustrating to fly. Even on the ground taxiing around the airport. Urgh. I need a new PC now (not likely to happen tho'). Of course, never having been to Osaka before, I can't really point the finger at Vector or anything else. Just noting.
John Venema
Reduce your autogen slider settings to regain some performance on mid-spec PCs.
jpreou
Yeah, looks like I may need to make that trade-off until I can get a new PC. Darn shame though: ORBX-land looks so good with all the detail
