anthony31 Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 Is this happening to all your runways and taxiways? It looks like the runway texture is either lost or corrupted. Runway textures seem to be kept in the FSX/texture folder (there are about 30 or 40 in my folder with a date modified of between Jun and Aug 2006). wantok Posted December 11, 2008 Share Posted December 11, 2008 Well... it's only fixed if you don't want to see any autogen "Autogen" means all the 3-D "objects" in the scenery which are affected by the autogen-density slider: that is, almost all the trees and buildings. A few "objects" will always display no matter what your autogen-density setting is, but the scenery is going to look pretty bare without any autogen. Best might be to experiment with putting the slider up a little, seeing how it looks (and how smoothly it runs), put it up a bit more, etc etc until you find a sweet spot that you're happy with.
