Teecee. haha, nope this is a raw shot from FSX. Only reason why it looks so good is because of the ENB i'm using, it's the BlueSphere ENB from the REX forums, it's my favourite preset so far. It makes all landscape feature much clearer and crisper and also adds a pleasant blueish tinge to the whole simulator. System wise though, you've actually got a much better system than me. Just take a look at my sig, I'm using a core i3, but in most curcumstances FSX runs in between 20-30fps (ive got it locked at 30). Beats me why it runs this well!
