I've noticed the missing tails on the ai aircraft from time to time (bottom pic) but can't say I've seen these textures before on close ups. Can't say I've noticed the candy colour textures before but then I may not have been that close. Put FSX on it's own separate physical drive and re installed au blue, gold and YMML AI etc.. Defraged with O&O and got some pretty good results. Picked up a few frame rates but the thing most noticeable was the faster texture loading. Haven't seen any more of the candy textures but still seeing the aircraft with missing tails from a distance so I suspect Rob is correct Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't normally use it but wanted the lighting effect for the 'Blue Mountains' virtual tour I uploaded at the weekend in the AU GOLD set.
