melnato
Yep...I hate the fact that the other 20 billion airports in FSX look like crap now (except for the free FTX ones...oops) I remember hearing something about FTX YBBN and YSSY( i think)...are they in development? I'm going crazy(but loving it) flying in circles around Melbourne...I need to somewhere equally nice to fly to and from...the fuel consumption is terrible on the 737 at 3000ft and the passengers are pukin' Cheers, Nat
John Venema
No worries Nat, you'll be doing laps between YMML and YMLT very shortly ... I think they fly B737's into Lonny in real life don't they, or does Virgin only use the Embraers there now? Tiger fly their Scarebus there which won't help you
melnato
They used to fly the 737 into Lonny...so thats good enough for me ... Excellent news...looking forward to finally using the anti-ice... Nat
jgutteri
Virgin still fly their 737s into Lonny, and Jetstar and Tiger use the A320s . Tassie's not as far away as most people think!
Matthew Webb
I love the scarebus's - better than boing. I love YMML too - I haven't had a chance to fly in or out using a jet yet. Like Nat, I just love flying around and around in circles. Feels like work, but fun!!!

jgutteri
Oh I forgot to add, If you're super patient and don't like either of the jets - you could fly a Qantaslink Dash-8 from YMML to YMLT. Qantas stopped their 737 service a couple of years ago now.

Virtualwombat
Where can I get a good Dash 8 for FSX? The Majestic Pilot's version is nearly AUD$74 (too much for me), and the Premier Aircraft Design freeware versions at AVSIM don't have good VCs. Cheers, Noel. petejohno
You cant VB. I have had the majestic Dash since it was released oh so long ago and it was my favorite aircraft for a long time - the sounds are still the best I have ever heard. But it doesn't seem to work as well for me in FSX vista with strange porpoising at times and bad frame rates. It was developed for fs2002 if I remember and needs a complete rebuild. I will be first in line when that happens. \
