Wolter van der Spoel
Let's see Andrew if we can help you with your problem DID you try and use the Control panel with fsX running ? you can ONLY use the YMML Control Panel when fsX is NOT running As for "refunds" you will need to get in touch with the FlightSimStore
Andrew D
FSX was not running at the time the control panel was open
Wolter van der Spoel
Andrew, I must admit that I'm a bit surprised as we tested our proverbial *beep* off to make sure we had no boo boo's there, I can tell you that we did try some "exotic" ways. I do not know if you have TeamSpeak, wich would be very handy as that would save a helluva lot of typing back and forth. I also hope that you can relate to the fact that we need to investigate this further for wich we need to have some more details of your setup, hardware, system OS Vidcard settings etc etc. IF i had a pan ready answer I would give that, but alas, I haven't
Adrian Lehmann (FSS)
Andrew, Can I get you to try doing a reboot of your computer, then run the CP before starting FSX again and let me know how you go please?

John Venema
Here's an interim solution to activate Native Mode manually without using the CP. 1. Navigate to the ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_YMML\Scenery folder in your FSX folder 2. Rename these files so they have an .OFF extension: ORBX_YMML_APX_GMAX.bgl.OFF YMML_GroundPoly.bgl.OFF 3. Rename these files to remove their .OFF extension: ORBX_YMML_Aero_Exclusion.bgl ORBX_YMML_APX_NATIVE.bgl Now you are in FSX Native Mode. You may even now try running the CP to see if it allows Native to be selected/deleselected. If not, there's something in our code which needs looking at. I apologise about this inconvenience to you Andrew, and we'll work with you to fix it ok?

robbie
Hi guys, another fantastic product! I have exactly the same problem. I tried your interim solution and it worked, the CP now works again. I swapped between FSX native and Gmax several times and have had no problems. Thanx for the solution and keep up the great work. Looking forward to the next to release!
