FTX GREEN will be the first package which replaces all inland water but it's a pretty daunting task given our limited resources and the fact that FTX is primarily a ground texture package. There are lots of issues associated with replacing inland water; it's easy to do for a lake or two but once you're looking at millions of sq km things get ugly. The only reason we're even doing this for GREEN is because we want to implement seasonal water bodies and floodplains. We have plans for further improving on BLUE and GOLD but when that will happen is hard to say, probably not until after both GREEN and RED are done.
