KSMO Santa Monica airport missing from Global Airplane pack P3D V4/5

From what I have read, KMSO Santa Monica airport was included in the Freeware Global Airplane Pack for P3D V4 and V5 when in fact is is missing from the contents

for both versions. Was it subsequently removed after initial release or how can I get a copy of that scenery?
