Tim Harris
Hello, 'smartassembly' is something to do with .NET framework from what I can tell http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/606a4844-d995-4ba5-9236-a710e5ffbac3 Have you installed any .NET patches on your Win7-64bit?, I have Win7-64bit myself and have not needed to install any .NET
