Julio Garcia Posted December 9, 2023 Author Share Posted December 9, 2023 Ok here is the explanation: Every time I start Orbx Central there is a message about updating the Simobject Display Engine to version 1.8.0. Every time and again. I don't want to install this version but Orbx Central installs this update anyway. Then this error message appears. I no longer have FSX. My question. I use and want to stay with version 1.7.1 How can I prevent Orbx Central from installing this update automatically. I do not want that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nick Cooper Posted December 9, 2023 Share Posted December 9, 2023 Hello, please click on the red "Deaktivieren" box opposite SODE. This will stop the automatic update. Then you can install the SODE version that you need over the one that you have. You will still need to ignore the SODE update message. That is a fault in Orbx Central for which I apologise.
