hjmx
I've purchased EIDW and LPPT of MK Studios via Simmarket before MKS partnered with Orbx. Now I have recognized that Orbx shows newer versions of these products. Is there any chance that I can get the new versions? It seems that MKS does not update their products on Simmarket anymore. Sveiny
Hello @hjmx Simmarket does indeed have the latest updates available. Unfortunately you need to re-download the whole scenery to then install it. You can also try and redeem the products and see if you can transfer you license. Go to https://orbxdirect.com/redeem (while logged in on your account). Then paste your serial key in, and click redeem.

But with other partners like DigitalDesign or FlyTampa redeeming does not work. Is there an overview somewhere in the Orbx jungle what is redeemable and what is not? I could not even find the redeem site in the Orbx Central. Edited April 12, 2021 by hjmx

Ed Correia
Have you contacted MK-Studios to enquire? They are one of the few partners that have arranged for a license to be added to an OrbxDirect account.

It was more a general question about information of redeeming. Which partner products are redeemable where can I get this information etc.... My main point ist that I'd like my add-ons always to be on the latest version, which became a bit complicated. I also would prefer that I could have all my add-ons of your partners being managed by the Orbx central. Are there any plans in this direction? Ed Correia
When we do have the arrangement in place we make mention of that in our forum post upon release. I also trust that the Partners also inform their customers of that as well. Like you, I also would love to have all previous purchases being recognised in OrbxDirect, but there are usually exclusivity/commercial considerations that need to be considered. erikac
I can't redeem my MK Tenerifr South and North to Orbx either. Same with all Digital Design sceneries. Only way is for me to rebuy it which sucks.
