resolved Orbx Central Not Installing New Purchase

Hi, I just bought Dundee in the sale but Central isn't downloading it?

 

 

I recently flattened and reinstalled MacOS so I'm sure this will have something to do with it. Here's an extract from the central.log file...

Thanks for the files. Please do the following.

Clear the Temp folder as shown in the attached pic.

Reboot PC.

Uninstall if Orbx Central shows any installation for Dundee. I know it has not installed but we need to remove any remnants.

Remove any backup copy if you have the Backups option enabled.

See if the download/installation now works.

Still not downloading? You are logged in to Orbx central are you not? If not then no download will occur

If you are logged in then I suggest we try uninstalling/deleting Orbx Central and redownload. log in and try again.

 

 

 

@Nick Cooper do Mac's have prerequisites  for Orbx Central to work?

Deleting Orbx Central app, also deleting the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx, then reinstalling Orbx Central app appears to be working.

Dundee is now downloading.
