active TerraFlora versus Monument Valley

Purchased TerraFlora recently and just noticed all the trees in Monument Valley - it's positioned below Orbx TE entries in scenery_packs.ini as recommended and I read of the instance a year or two ago.  Was there ever a fix and what is it?
