active black squares running all over my FSX after reinstall Orbx scenery

I have a new computer 10700kf 3080 vid card Windows 10, just downloaded one of my Orbx scenery and all of a sudden I have these black spots shwing up.  I did not have this problem before  I deleted the scenery along with the library and still the black spots are there.  I even deleted my cfg file and the same thing happened.  This was scenery up in Alaska.

 

Even my plain old default scenery in FSX has the black spots.

 

How do I correct this problem ?

By chance do you have DX10 ticked in settings , you might try unticking to see if that helps .
