VH-DUX
My computer had a problem which resulted in a need to review all of my X Plane stuff, and I find multiple problems with Orbx Libs: * Orbx Central reports multiple files (19) failed to download * Attempting to re-install it fails * uninstalling it doesn't solve the problem *The support tab takes me to the Orbx site which then takes me to "failed to Load" pages It's been a long time since I last did this. Any help would be gratefully received. VH-DUX
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Please go to settings\downloader and clear the temp location. Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the products folder. Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function. Then try reinstalling. VH-DUX
Thanks. I did what you suggested and it is exactly the same. 19 files failed to download. VH-DUX
Jon Clarke
Initially please use Orbx Central to uninstall any part of OrbxLibs that is installed. Do you have a shortcut to Orbx Central on your desktop? If you do then right click the shortcut and then click on "Open folder location" When open, delete all the files within. Reboot PC and then download a new copy of Orbx Central. Then download a new copy of the OrbxLibs and report back. If that also fails then please reply and post a copy of your Orbx Central log files available via Orbx Central/settings/help, as shown in the attached pic.
