resolved Installing another Sim

I have Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 installed with Orbx Central.

 

I have since reinstalled P3D V5. How do I get Orbx Central to recognise a second simulator?

 

I have ran P3D once already and loaded up a flight.

Seems you have to reinstall Orbx Central.

Hi

Central recognizes it automatically

Just open it and in the top you'll see a bar indicating the sim "loaded"

the "box" has an arrow click there and select P3D v5 then Central will load the products you have in P3Dv5

If you just reinstalled P3D you might need to run the verify tool of all base products to ensure all works properly

If any scenery is not displayed correctly run the verify tool of it

sometimes you may have to sign out of central and then sign back in.....I have had to do this recently after reinstalling a sim....

As I stated reinstalling Central solved the issue but I will certainly take your suggestions into consideration for the future.
