active Orbx central issue

Hi guys, new to the forum,

my issue is with central I have just reinstalled windows 7 and now trying to reinstall my Orbx products.

My problem is that when I try to install central I can't get past the email and password page it says loading then just just keeps going back to the log in screen.

I have checked all the requirements and have them all correct so now I'm scratching my head.

any help in simple terms would be more than appreciated.

thanks guys. Never had any issues with the FTX installer is it me or is there a problem with it.

Hello Ian, welcome to the forums.

Please check Nick's post and verify that you have all the required software necessary to run Orbx Central.

Hi Smudger, thanks for your reply, however when I click on the link for update KB2533623 it Say  no longer available.
