Guest Josh Koz
Hi @Fort1 Can you attach your central.log file so we can investigate the cause of the freezing?
Fort1
Hi @Josh Koz Firstly, the central.log file does not appear. Second, looking for the central.log file, I see that in the macOS folder there is a linux file Orbx Central. Clicking on this file activates the Terminal window and it works. But I always have to open central Orbx from the terminal window, otherwise it will be conjectured. Attached are the screenshots that I need to activate Central Orbx. Regards. Guest Josh Koz
Hi @Fort1, You can find your central.log file at the following path: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
Fort1
Hi @Josh Koz Sorry, but in the Orbx folder there are no files that it tells me, Check my screenshots in my previous answer, it is the only thing that is installed. Regards
Guest Josh Koz
Hi @Fort1 The screenshot provided show the contents of the path: /Applications/Orbx Central.app/Contents. The central.log is found within the ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/ folder. If you open Finder and click 'go' in the menu bar then 'Go to Folder' Then paste ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log click go This should bring you to the path of the log file

Guest Josh Koz
Hi @Fort1 One issue stands out in the provided log: Library integrity check failed for Library Main Library (/Users/joseluisfort/Orbx Library). Error: Library path does not exist. Can you try creating the "/Users/joseluisfort/Orbx Library" folder and relaunching Orbx Central?
Fort1
Hi @Josh Koz I have created the "/Users/joseluisfort/Orbx Library" folder and relaunching Orbx Central, and does not work. yes it works the "/Aplicaciones/Orbx Central app/Contents/MacOS/Orbx Central" (screenshot). Guest Josh Koz
Hi @Fort1 I've been looking into this and it appears that under certain conditions the application will hang when looking for installed products. I've created a fix for this which we'll be rolling out in a future update. In the meantime to work around this problem, you can delete the central.json file in the ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/ folder (The same place you found the central.log file). Fort1
Hi @Josh Koz We will wait for the next update. Deleting the central.json file, it has only worked once. Later I have tried to enter again and it has not worked anymore. Thanks for your interest, but I cannot be deleting files every time I want to enter Orbx. Regards.. gulfstream4
Hello @Josh Koz, I am trying to become a user (for over a year now...) and I cannot install Central on my Mac. I want to purchase KFAT and some other products. I have read this thread, but the solutions here don't work either. I downloaded the latest version of Central this morning (Pacific Time Zone) and no matter what I do, it refuses to accept the path to X-Plane and expects to find it on my startup drive (will never happen), and I'm out of options. Is it possible that I simply will never be able to install your products? Thanks MacOS 10.12.6 X-Plane 11.50r3 Log Attached central.log
Nick Cooper
Hello, on the face of it, your Mac version is not enough. I know nothing of the Mac OS but to me, 10.12.6 is less than 10.13 Please take a look here.
