Jolly_s
I have just put together a new PC (Asus Maximus XII Formula, I5 10600k , 32 Gb 3200 Skill etc...) I have both P3Dv4 and v5 installed on different NVMe >=1Gb each. How do I configure Central (latest) to use the same Orbx scenery library for both ? Thanks & Cheers
John Dow
I haven't seen any posts to counter the findings that you need to create one library for each sim unfortunately.
Jolly_s
Thanks for your reply, I tried, latest Central opens a new directory (the name of the directories coincides with the names of the simulator....) and downloads the scenery yet again... Doug Sawatzky
Hi It is true that V4 and V5 do need their own folders as the scenery files are becoming incompatible with each other as the sims evolve.
Jolly_s
Hi and Good morning Thanks, OK, one more small question, FPS wise, where is the better place to have the Orbx scenery installed ? Directly into the simulator folder or outside it ? Cheers Joel

Cheers Joel Should not make any difference, however due to relative file sizes, I have all airports in the P3D location and all regions, cityscapes etc in the external library, seems to be working well so far.
