(Had to dig around for an Orbx USA airport over 9,000') It traces back to a 2008 FSX 707 by Alejandro Rojas Lucena. Flies nicely & appropriately noisy. The cockpit is not full functioning & the exterior is not PBR etc, but its an interesting & historical aircraft to get in the air.
