If you are still stuck then please attach your Orbx central log file fromOrbx Central/settings/help. Sometimes that log file can be quite large so if it is then make it into a zip file.When you post it I will ask @Nick Cooper to forward it to the the Orbx Central support forum unless Nick has any ideas that may help.
