Has glittering ground effects at a certain distance up from the ground. I think I was around FL240 or so. See attached zip of photo's. Sentry11 Posted May 18, 2020 Share Posted May 18, 2020 @Jon Clarke I took a look @Chase1399's pictures and I think he is taking about the Solar Farm as he seems to be zeroed in on it in his three photos. In comparison with Google Maps it seems the background textures encompassing, and bordering the solar farm may be a little too bright, or somehow its the solar panels themselves causing the glittering ground effects. But to narrow it down even more search "Dixieland, CA 92251". That will zoom right to the glittering ground. Also regarding the time of day for the area, it was probably around 12:30-1:00 pm local .
