answered Brisbane runway

Hi

 

I'm having issues with the look of the runway in Brisbane

 

It is awfully blurry ( just the runway)

 

 

I checked my settings and realized none of these options were ticked despite the one says "default"

 

 

But not sure if that is only for FSX users I don't have FX so at the end I was unclear of what to select, I chose the 3rd option and got the image above, so no I chose the first one but after ticking it and saving I went back to check it was ticked and it wasn't. It seems it doesn't save any option ticked here. Is that right?

 

Well I chose #1 saved (but doesn't remain saved) and I'm testing at this very moment.

Hi again

 

I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it works. Now the tick does remain in default but the strip is yet blury

Hello Carlos,

YBBN is now an old airport by Orbx and there are many topics in the forum concerning the textures and blurry appearance, but hopefully now that the extensions to Brisbane have been completed, there will be an upgrade version.

These are my settings in P3Dv4.5, it is not available in my P3Dv5 yet.

We must hang on a bit longer

Thank you for replying

 

I managed to improved the main runway by changing the setting to the photoreal ground textures. After the reinstall it allowed me to save the change

 

 

But the rest of the ground area is indeed kind of poor but I understand and agree to your explanation

 

 

So I hope an update comes at some stage
